| A. Open to any child currently in Grade 8 and under as of September of the current school year |
| B. No membership is required but an entry form must be filled out before any prize money can be forwarded |
| C. On the Entry Tag, enter the child's name, address, name of the school and grade attended as of September of the current school year. If home schooled, enter the home address on the tag. |
| D. All entries must be the child's own work with a limit of one entry per Section per child |
| E. Exhibits must not be removed until Sunday at 4:00 p.m. except baking, which can be removed on Saturday at 5:00 p.m.. Please make arrangements for someone to pick up your entry. If the entry is not picked up, it will be discarded |
| F. The entry form is to be left at the Junior Fair building when dropping off the entry. |
| G. Entries may be brought to the fair on Thursday from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. or Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Entry time closes at 12:00 p.m. sharp in order for the judging to commence. No entries can be accepted after the judging has started |

Farm Products and Flowers are open to all ages from preschool to Grade 8
FARM PRODUCTS - OPEN CLASS
Prizes: 1st - $2.00, 2nd - $1.50, 3rd - $1.00, 4th - .75, all others receive .50 cents for entering
Section:
- Any common vegetable or fruit - most unusual shape
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 pepper squash
- 3 field tomatoes with stems attached
- 5 ears of field corn
- 3 spanish onions
- 1 zucchini
- A sunflower - head only with seeds
- 3 green peppers
- 1 head of cabbage
- 3 white potatoes

Section:
Tallest Corn Stalk Contest - Open to Junior Kindergarten to Grade 8 children as of September of the current year. One entry per child. The corn stalk is to be brought to the Junior Fair building by 12:00 p.m. Friday in time to be judged. Cornstalks can be brought on Thursday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.. Each child will receive coupons for a midway ride. The child must come to the Junior Fair building by 7:00 p.m. Friday to receive their prize money and ride coupons.

PRESCHOOL
Any child not yet entered into the Junior Kindergarten level

- Crayon Drawing of yourself on an 8 x 11 inch paper
- Grouping of Octoberfest sausage on a paper plate made from Playdough, minimum 3

- Your best beer cap or pop top collection on a paper plate. Can be decorated
- A picture of you dressed in the current fair's theme

JUNIOR and SENIOR KINDERGARTEN

Crafts:
- Cut out a shadow of the Alps mountains and mount it on 8 x 11 inch paper
- Make a pretzel out of Playdough
- Do a collage of flower pictures mounted on a 1/2 size regular Bristol board (fold in half)
- Create a polka dot picture on 8 x 11 inch paper
- Outline your hand and decorate it on coloured paper
Flowers:
- An arrangement of fresh flowers in a small soup can
- An autumn arrangement of weeds and flowers using a container no larger than a 48 oz juice can
Baking:
Prizes: - 1st - $3, 2nd - $2.50, 3rd - $2, 4th - $1.50, all other entries receive $1:00
- 3 cupcakes decorated in any fashion, all decorations to be edible
- Create a potion in a mason jar
- Decorate a part of a gingerbread house, i.e. a window or door

- Make a map on paper no larger than 11 x 14 inches and mark the trail to Hansel and Gretel's house

- Decorate your grandma's apron. Use any old pillow case, apron or tea towel
Flowers:
- Decorate a vase or jug to look like a German stein and arrange flowers in it
- Make an autumn arrangement of weeds and flowers using a container no larger than a 48 oz juice can
Baking:
